This little guy is "SquintStroll" for obvious reasons... because he is squinting :-) He's a 7" custom Munny that I created by using Magic Sculpt, faux fur, glass eyes, teeth, resin, acrylics, metal, and other found objects. Although he may look harmless, if you get to close he will jump on you, and he will bite you... so be careful! 'Squinty' will be on display and up for grabs at the show, so if you are gravitating towards his presumptuous stare, give him a good home.

We have covered the fine products from Mugo HERE in the past, but today we were fortunate to do another LIVE review with their newest product... the much anticipated reveal of the Mugo x KungFu Panda 2 collaboration. This is the first licensed series for Mugo, which combines MP3 and USB capabilities in a unique art toy shape... and we got our hands on the "Po" figure in this series, gotta love Pandas! This limited edition series is comprised of four characters from the KungFu Panda 2 movie which hit theaters on May 26th, and I gotta say... these are seriously cool!
If you haven't seen a
Mugo before the functions are quite simple and fun. All the MP3 functions are hidden under the intuitive 'faceplate', which controls the on/off, play/pause, and volume. Also, just pop the cap off the bottom to expose the 2GB USB storage drive which can store MP3s, photos, videos, documents and more. The sound quality it puts out is amazing and each Mugo comes with it's own set of earbuds. This entire series is up for grabs right now

The talent pool runs deep down at
Red Mutuca Studios in Brazil as artist Matucha just completed a really great set of custom MAD*l's for a private collector. Titled "
Catalino & Fortino" these guys were created with Sculpy and acrylic paint along with a ton of TLC... according to Matucha "
Catalino is a bad guy, a criminal that lives a life of crimes. Fortino is a sheriff that tries to capture him, but he is distracted and always lets him escape." This is a really fun set, and look great together... congrats to whomever these belong to now, super jealous :-)
