Win a Gumpy "LIAR" edition for FREE @ SDCC 2012
Comic Con is here again and Jose R. aka The Gumpy will be doing a giveaway, just like previous years! This go around, Gumpy will release a really cool looking "Liar" version of his flagship figure which pay homage to Kaws "Pinocchio" figure! We are told that this figure will release later this year at D-Con 2012, but he will be giving 2 prototype figures away during SDCC. The best part is if you get one of these you also win a final painted version too that you can get later this year. How to win???? That's easy, just Jose at SDCC with his Gumpy shirt on and win! This will be one of the rarest exclusives at SDCC... and it's free!!!

Ryan the Wheelbarrow x J★RYU's Gothictype Labbit custom for Dragatomi's SDCC Booth!
This amazing looking collaboration — entitled "Gothictype Labbit" — is a 10" custom with a base "ty_po" design by Ryan the Wheelbarrow and sculpted accents added by J★RYU. I hope the two work together again, as those J★RYU added elements make Ryan's typographic textures pop with all the more strength. Retailing for $450, this one-off piece will be available in Dragatomi's 2012 San Diego Comic-Con Booth #4935.

A new company?!?!?! Debuting at SDCC 2012?!?!?! It looks like it, and with a powerhouse of releases. The lifestyle boutique known as 'BAIT' will be lunching the brand at SDCC this year and they will have a ton of stuff up for grabs... and there are a few figures that will most likely catch the eyes of designer toy collectors out there. First up is the Coarse Toys originals "The Fallen" bust set. This noop and paw! bust duo – "fallen" will be limited to 10 only sets... all of which are individually hand made at the coarse studios in Hong Kong by Mark Landwehr and Sven Waschk and features a matte finish with high gloss black slashes. These will be up for grabs via their booth #4429... and will be very limited!
Also available via their booth is a few cool vinyl figures from both Erick Scarecrow and DevilRobots. Erick Scarecrow will have his very beautiful "Clear Purple" Wetsuit Maria figure... which is a pre-release, will be limited to 48 pieces and will retail for $48 a pop. The folks over at Devilrobots will debut their ever so awesome "Evirob" vinyl figure. These 4" tall figures will be retailing for just $15 a piece... a steal if you ask me... and I love how stylized they are!!! All that being said, be sure to swing by booth #4429 to support these artists!

Sergey Safonov's resin "Moon Mouse"... is adorable!!!
We have seen Sergey Safonov's resin "Moon Fox", "Moon Cat", and "Kluth Boat"... and now he is excited to introduce the 4th member of his fleet... "Moon Mouse". He mentions that during one of his doodling sessions with his son, Ilya, told Sergey that he should continue the series and asked him to go with "Moon Mouse" as it was his favorite wanderer among many other candidates... and just like any good father, Sergey obliged! This awesome looking, super clean, hand made resin figure measures 3.5" tall, and it up for grabs HERE for just $75 a piece!

Shadoe Delgado turns Munnys into Sculptures… Nude Sculptures Even!
The naked human form as long held fascination for many classical artists and this is no different for San Francisco-based sculptor Shadoe Delgado, who has recently taken to reforming Munnys into full sculpted nude creatures called "Shadow-lings." The vividly tactile textures of their bodies are matched by the precision painting, each figure completed with a penis and bum. Based off the design sensibilities of Delgado's traditionally sculpted works, these 4-inch Mini Munny "Shadow-lings" are available in the Stuff and Whatnot online shop for a mere $40 to $60 each!

Squink's "Drifting Away" depressingly brilliant custom 7-inch Foomi Munny!
"What's wrong, little guy? You look so sad," I kindly inquired. His squeaky little voice fluttered, replying: "I need to find a new home. A good one." I sighed. "You're so cute, I know you'll find one!"
UK artist Squink's custom 7" Foomi is entitled "Drifting Away" and this one-off piece has been beautifully hand-brushed into life by some skillful hands. This first piece in the new Gigantic Dreams series will be available in Squink's online shop today (Monday, July 9th) at 12 Noon PST for £140 (approx. $217).

Luke Chueh's custom Uglydoll for Giant Robot's SDCC show!
Luke Chueh's custom Uglydoll is like a mullet: adorably ugly in the front, absolutely ugly in the back. This little fella needs to get to a doctor as soon as possible… as he has a serious acne problem; or, at least, I'm going to pretend that those are pimples and nothing more festering. Created for the group exhibition Chueh is co-curating with Giant Robot, this strange Uglydoll "Remix Project" that will run through-out the 2012 San Diego Comic-Con at SDCC Booth #1729.

The 5" Dunny! Most Wanted Series 3 Golden Ticket by Gomi Teaser!
What's that behind the Squink 3" Dunny!?! It's too small to be an 8-inch figure… And that's because it is a 5" Dunny! A while back we broke the news that Most Wanted Series 3 would include a custom "Dunny" by Gomi as the Golden Ticket… well, here's the base Mark Troup's created to use. This is just a teaser pic, as the final piece "is fully sculpted on top of that" platform, but this is enough to get any real Dunny fan hoping to be the first person to own a 5-inch-tall Dunny! (Please note: Squink Dunny is not included in the Golden Ticket, just used for size comparison purposes.)
There remains one small release of the remaining blind boxed custom in Most Wanted Series 3, which will take place tonight (Monday, July 9th) at 6PM PST in the Most Wanted web store. Best of luck scoring one of these $98 boxes, as the main release sold out in less than a minute.
