Review/Unboxing - ACME’s POTHEADs "Cali Orange" edition… The Perfect 4/20 Designer Toy Vibe!

Alright… this one just feels right dropping today. ACME’s POTHEADs line has been building a nice little following, and this Cali Orange edition is easily one of the most fun and laid-back releases in the series. With today being 4/20… yeah… the timing couldn’t be more on point.

At first glance, the concept is super simple… but that’s exactly what makes it hit. You’ve got this rounded, almost pot-shaped body… sleepy eyes… chill expression… and then boom… a full leafy “hair” sculpt coming out of the top that instantly sells the whole vibe. It’s playful, it’s clever, and it leans into the theme without feeling forced.

The colorway on this Cali Orange version is clean… soft beige body, subtle blush details on the cheeks, and those bright green leaves popping hard up top. Then you’ve got the orange sneakers grounding the whole design and tying the name together. It’s one of those figures that feels equally at home on a shelf or staged out in the wild… which honestly makes it perfect for toy photography.

What I really dig here is how approachable the design is. It’s not overly complex… it’s not trying too hard… it just works. That kind of balance is harder to pull off than it looks, and ACME nailed it with this series.
