Incredible fiberglass artist
Takahiro Komuro / TKOM has, as
previously announced, reinterpreted his 2-foot tall "Double Think" statue into an 11-inch tall soft vinyl art toy. Produced in
sofubi by
Toy Art Gallery, these fantastic figures will make their debut at TAG's
previously announced Halloween Show. These gorgeous figures will be available at the exhibition in the above pictured unpainted edition, though painted versions will make their debut at Designer Con. We're told these "Doublethink" pieces will be approximately $150… and we KNOW they are worth every penny of that!
The "
Toy Art Gallery Halloween Show," a group exhibition, will open on Saturday, October 18th with a reception from 7-10
PM and be on display until November 8th, 2014 at
Toy Art Gallery, 7571 Melrose Ave., Hollywood, CA 90046.
