Martin Hsu's "Dragon Boy" revealed in the 'OG' colorway with pre-order and SDCC 2012 info!!!

Artist Martin Hsu is keeping us all up to date with the progress of his soon to be release vinyl "Dragon Boy" figure... and above is the first look at the actual figure!!!! This "OG" version of Hsu's rad looking figure is limited to just 300 pieces worldwide and will retail for $85 a piece... a really great deal if you ask me... seeing as there is so much going on with this 7.5" vinyl figure! These are going to be up for online pre-order via VTSS Toys and Martin Hsu's sites from July 3rd Noon PST - July 4th Noon PST... a 1-day only window, and with each order, you will receive a small original Dragon Boy painting... SWEET!!!! For those of you attending SDCC 2012, these will also be up for grabs at Martin's booth #5015 and he also plans on doing 2 separate signings at the Munky King booth #4539 on two separate days. These will be in very limited quantity... so if you want to secure one, be sure to snag em' up. I really do love the way that this figure looks, and as you can see from the above photos, this figure has all kinds of complex parts... more so then most designer vinyl figures. That being said, the factory decided to use a multitude of techniques and materials such as vinyl and PVC in order to keep all the fine details. Congrats to martin for getting this figure made... it looks amazing in the photos, and I can't wait to see it in person!
