WHAT'S NEW

Cris Rose's "Reason" & "Reticle" Edition B Sprogs for 'Metallic Machinations' show @ TAG 12/11/2010

We are proud to reveal today Cris Rose's latest and greatest editions to his ever growing resin Sprogs! These 2 new version above "Reticle" (3 eyes) and "Reason" (single eye) are part of 6 new sculpts for Sprogs Edition B which 3 outta the 6 will be revealed at the upcoming 'Metallic Machinations' show at Toy Art Gallery this weekend, December 11th, 2010! As you can see from the above image Cris has gone all out creating different colorways for each version, and one can only assume he did this for all 6 new designs so expect a whole slew of bots to be on hand at the show! The possibilities are endless when it comes to creations from Cris, and for more images as well as a complete written backstory on these bots hit the jump!

The backstory for these bots:
"Reason (single eye) and Reticle (3 eyes) are robotic research assistants that trundle around slowly as they attend to a variety of tasks. Both are able to carry samples around the lab via the sealed canisters on their back, but each has their specific applications.

Reason is an analytical fellow, ever critical of results. fastidiously double checking data and paying attention for the ever present "human error". Considered to be a "glass half empty" sort of bot, this realistic attitude nevertheless helps him debunk or question erroneous experiments before they go any further.

Reticle's vision is exceptional, his image banks vast - he cannot "un-see" anything, even if he wanted to. His combinational optics are high speed, high magnification and capable of seeing in multiple spectrums simultaneously, making him an excellent study of any lab experiment under the sun (or in complete darkness for that matter)... However accidents are bound to happen, as seen with the two covered in day-glow radioactive sludge!"
