In a sense of full disclosure, the hand-painted piece in the background of these photos is “Cloud 03,” a 4-inch Mini Munny crafted by Texas-based artist RxSeven as a commission for me. Thus you know that I'm serious when I say I love his work! In the foreground of these photos is “Cloud 04,” a full-size, 7-inch tall vinyl Munny that has been transformed into a vibrant work of art. Part of the “Cloud Divers” series, this features the standard of the line: skull faces peaking out from animal pattern adorned bodies. According to the artist, these “are Animals that have met death and are hopping from one cloud to another,” with the “colored bubbles at the feet [intended to] resemble clouds.” But what of those alluring stars in their eyes?
