Built on the Glow-in-the-Dark Mister Melty vinyl figure, each piece was individually hand-painted by Buff Monster using layers of bright semi-transparent airbrush paint, allowing the colors to pop while still preserving that glow underneath. Once the gradients were in place, each figure received loose spray paint splatters and glitter accents, giving every piece its own personality. Some are wild and heavily worked, some are a little more restrained, but no two are alike.

The face details are where these really lock in. Those giant eyes, tiny teeth, eyebrows, and clean facial hits are all carefully hand-painted with multiple coats, then sealed with UV-protective varnish and finished with two coats of glossy automotive clear. The result is a super slick, candy-coated finish that makes the colors feel even deeper and brighter in person.
