Zeerø by Corrupted Vinyl... a new Bounty Hunter to the Designer Toy Scene!
There’s something exciting about a first release that feels fully formed right out of the gate, and Zeerø from Corrupted Vinyl definitely lands in that zone. Created by artist and toy designer Sef Elba, Zeerø is the debut character in the Corrupted Vinyl universe, and it shows a clear focus on character, attitude, and long-term world building. Zeerø is imagined as a bounty hunter, born from Sef’s love of designer toys, storytelling, and character-driven worlds. What started as sketches and illustrations evolved over months of development into a finished vinyl figure through extensive 3D work, prototyping, and refinement. That process really comes through in the final look… the proportions feel intentional, the stance has confidence, and the character reads instantly even before you start digging into the backstory.
Visually, Zeerø balances a clean, graphic silhouette with subtle details that give it personality and edge. The sculpt feels modern but rooted in classic designer toy sensibilities, making it easy to imagine this character expanding into future colorways, variants, or even an entire lineup within the Corrupted Vinyl universe. It’s a strong foundation for a new studio and a clear statement of intent.
Zeerø is officially launching HERE on 01/30, marking the first release from Corrupted Vinyl. While full production details like materials, dimensions, pricing, and edition size are expected closer to launch, this debut already signals a serious commitment to quality and vision. Credit is also due to cattyum for the 3D work, which helped bring Zeerø from concept to physical form. If you’re into emerging studios, original characters, and watching new toy universes take shape from the ground up, Zeerø is one to keep an eye on. This feels like the beginning of something bigger, not just a one-off release.
