Jeff Lamm & Smash Tokyo Toys Drop Ultra-Limited "MARSH GAS" Greaseballz in Australia!

Australian sofubi collectors, rejoice! Jeff Lamm and Smash Tokyo Toys are teaming up once again to bring a fresh wave of Greaseballz to the scene, this time in the eye-catching Marsh Gas colorway. With only ten pieces available, painted by the talented S.D. Carrol in Australia, this ultra-limited release is exclusively available at Moonbase Toys in Brisbane for AU$75.
For those unfamiliar with Greaseballz, these grotesquely charming, brainy mutants are part of Jeff Lamm’s ever-expanding kaiju universe. The Marsh Gas edition boasts a translucent body with eerie red, green, and purple tones, giving it a truly otherworldly look. Each piece is hand-painted with meticulous detail, staying true to the gritty, punk-infused aesthetic that defines Lamm’s work.
Australian collectors have first dibs on this exclusive release, but there’s a small glimmer of hope for international fans. Should any units from Wave 1 or Wave 2 remain, Smash Tokyo Toys plans to make them available worldwide in July. That means if you’re a Jeff Lamm completist, you’ll need to stay sharp and act fast!
Smash Tokyo Toys and Moonbase Toys are thrilled to collaborate with Jeff Lamm and S.D. Carrol on these limited editions, and the response has been overwhelmingly positive. Fans can follow @s.d.carrol and @moonbasetoys on Instagram for behind-the-scenes content and future sofubi drops. For those in Australia, this is your golden (or rather, slime-green) chance to grab a piece of mutant toy history. Head over to Moonbase Toys in Annerley, Brisbane before these beasts disappear into the fog!
