2nd2friend announces the pre-order for his JOYSTICK art toy!

New to us, Thai based artist 2nd2friend just announced the release of his very cool looking JOYSTICK resin art toy. First seen in the LOV+U Exhibition, this figure explores a relationship through moments that we remember with our bodies. Using simple strokes and colors, 2nd2Friend remixes gender tropes and pop-cultural imageries to create a character, 2ndGirl, who lives in the grey areas of intimacy. This character, she embodies our own lived experiences of holding on to and letting go of who you are as we spend time with another person.

This is a pre-order which closes on November 22nd, 2020 and you can select your mood (colorway) which comes in 3 choices: White, Pink, and Blue. All retail for $65 a pop and they stand 4" tall and are crafted out of resin by Fast Fabb! There is a 3 month production lead time, so expect these to ship early part of next year.
