Making a Swanicorn… Daniel Fleres’s custom “My Little Phony!”

Specially bred by Swanicorn Observational Society founder Daniel Fleres, the above photographed “My Little Phony” is a unique creation: a hybrid created by transforming another creature into a Swanicorn, as opposed to the more tradition tact of transforming a Swanicorn into something else! What began life as a 6½-inch tall "My Little Pony" vinyl figure was modified and hand-painted into the likeness of a Swanicorn by Fleres, and while the result was adorable he still halted the process at one.
