Fantastic artist Brandt Peters shares with us his stylized initial character designs for Harley Quinn, arguably the looniest of loons to emerge from the Batman universe. Currently in an ongoing comic by Jimmy Palmiotti & Amanda Conner, which has been compared to Marvel Comics's Deadpool for its use of breaking the fourth wall and violent humor, Peters is one of several artists — including John Timms & Darwyn Cooke — that will be tackling short tales involving Quinn for the Harley Quinn Holiday Special #1.
