Phoenix-based artist Paperdaniel has hand-painted a micro edition of Luke "Grody Shogun" Rook produced "Neko" sofubi figures. Limited to 20 unique pieces, sold blind, this "Boshi Neko Freako" run clearly shows Paperdaniel's love of vintage toys — especially the cute & coy aspects — as well as a that modern hint of darkness. Available at Lulubell Toy Bodega online and in-store on Friday, August 29th, 2014 at 12 NOON Pacific time for $45 apiece.
