WHAT'S NEW

The Sucklord SDCC Round-up… now with David Healey!

We've been talking and talking and talking about what the Sucklord has got going on at this year's San Diego Comic-Con, but that's only because he's slowly taking his rightful place as Lord of the Convention. Okay, maybe not… but he certainly has tons of cool stuff coming out! Pictured above is an actual finished "The Toy Whose Name We Cannot Speak" figure, which uses the He-Man & The Masters of the Universe inspired Suckator platform, Gay Empire theme and is part of the Scrubs Of The Universe series. According to the Sucklord, "this figure has a name that is so wrong, we have taken the very uncharacteristic move of censoring ourselves" — which means, at least in his head, there's theoretically a name for it! This 5" tall resin figure comes sans packaging and it limited to only 9 copies for $150 each from the DKE Toys' SDCC Booth #4728 on Friday, July 13th at 11AM (to coincide with a Sucklord signing there).
At the exact same time and place, two of the above shown three new figures will be dropping: the little piece of plastic Star Trek slash fiction known as the "Gay Enterprise" two-pack and the Transformers based "Gay Energon: Roddimus Pride" piece. "Gay Empire" is limited to 30 copies for $150 per pack while "Gay Energon" is an edition of 40 pieces for $125 each. The odd man… er, woman… out would be "Gay Empire: Licorice Leslie," who is not only the first female figure under the Gay Empire banner but is also the only resin piece of Sucklord's that DKE Toys' will be selling starting Wednesday, July 11th (Preview Night)… and with there being only 70 copies at $45 each, expect some disappointed fans later on.
These are a little trickier, as there remains no official announcement of time, place, cost, etc. The hand-cast and painted Dunnys (left) will be available directly from the Sucklord himself only. And on the right are the result of a collaboration between Sucklord and Healeymade! Rumors abounded that David Healey had stopped by the Suckhole and snagged a Sucklord mold, but they certainly seem confirmed now, don't they!?! Healey will be at the DKE Booth on July 13th at 1PM, so perhaps that's when these are dropping as well? Pure guesswork, unfortunately…
