When Dinosaurs were the Earth: Stegoforest

Jesse Narens has released not one but two hand-cast resin figures: the 7" long & 4" tall Stegoforest, which is a twisted stegosaurus with forestry on his back, and 2.5" long Battle-Damaged Acorn Warrior, a lizard like creature with a lost tail and an acorn helmet. You can get the pair as a set in a variety of colors for $65 or even have a special casting in glow-in-the-dark, marbled, or clear done for $75. Or you can even buy the Acorn Warrior solo for $15 (or $20 if you want a special casting made). Yes, you can't just get the stegoforest… but who would he fight with if you didn't have the acorn warrior?

And if you are doubting the inherent coolness of these figures, then you should know that there will be a Stegoforest custom show at Grass Hut (440 NW Couch St., Portland, OR 97209) on February 2nd that will feature Jesse Narens (custom pictured above), Jesse Reno, Alex Chiu, Bwana Spoons, Spencer Hibert, Shanley Dellinger, Chris Bryan (Grumble Toy) and MonstreHero. With a line-up of support like that, you know that the platform has to be good.
