Luke’s Toy Store reveals exclusive OMFG! Series 1 & 2 metallic gold colorways

OMFG! Series 2 was a successful Kickstarter campaign that ended on August 6th, 2012, and is currently gearing up for production. As with Series 1, there will be exclusive colorways available from various online retailers. Luke’s Toy Store has announced their first OMFG colorway – a limited edition of 200 metallic gold figures. This is the first time that OMFG figures have been cast in a metallic shade. And not only will Series 2 be available in this color, but Series 1 as well. The metallic gold will be glossy and will have a slight swirl effect.

“As soon as I saw the voting results of Series 2, I started thinking about how great the characters would look in a metallic shade,” says Luke Porter, the owner of Luke’s Toy Store. “Three out of the five characters already have metal parts in their designs, and the other two would also look great in gold. Who wouldn’t want a golden evil pumpkin? We are very excited to be a part of the OMFG! project.”
