WHAT'S NEW

Aggro Toys Drops “Tough Skinhead” + “Skinhead Girl” Sofubi… Raw Attitude Meets Traditional Ink!

Aggro Toys is back with two new sofubi releases that really double down on authenticity and era-specific styling… the “Tough Skinhead” and “Skinhead Girl”… and both of these pieces feel incredibly intentional from head to toe.
Starting with the “Skinhead Girl”, this one pulls direct inspiration from late 1960s into early 1970s skinhead culture… and you can see it in every detail. From the signature hairstyle to the button-down shirt, skirt, fishnet tights, and loafer-style boots… everything is dialed in to reflect the fashion of that era with a strong realism-focused approach.
What really pushes this piece further though is the execution… bold traditional tattoo designs wrap the arms and legs, not just as surface decoration, but integrated into the sculpt with real depth. Instead of relying on flat prints, the combination of sculptural form and balanced paint application gives this figure a much stronger physical presence on the shelf. The rotating arm joints also allow for subtle pose adjustments… keeping things simple but effective for display.
Then you’ve got the “Tough Skinhead”… shifting forward into the 1980s and 1990s aesthetic with a much more rugged, hard-edged stance. Standing approximately 10.2” tall (26cm), this piece leans into that tough, working-class look with bleached denim, suspenders, and boots… all translated into a solid three-dimensional sculpt that feels heavy and grounded.
Both arms are fully covered in traditional Japanese tattoo work by Toru of Studio Big Seven… continuing the collaboration from previous releases. And just like the Skinhead Girl, this isn’t flat application… the tattoos are carefully integrated into the form with a strong balance of sculpt and paint, giving it real visual impact while maintaining that cultural authenticity as a sofubi piece. The arms feature simple rotational articulation as well… letting collectors tweak the pose just enough to bring it to life.
Together, these two figures feel like a study in contrast across decades… but unified through craftsmanship, detail, and respect for the source material. Both releases are part of a limited production run, with no immediate plans for a re-release… so if these hit your radar, don’t sleep. You can check out more over on Aggro Toys’ Instagram… and both figures are available now directly through their website HERE for $90 a pop!
