Alex Solis's "Adorable Circle of Life: Cat & Bird" is just the beginning…

Realizing that "everyone has compassion for the cute bunny or lamb," artist Alex Solis asks "what about their predators who are working hard for their meal?" Celebrating all the animals who complete the "Adorable Circle of Life," Solis attempts to prove that "behind those jagged teeth, powerful jaws and razor-sharp claws, every predator has a softer side. Maybe even an adorable one." Based on his series of illustrations, which can be seen HERE, Solis is creating a line of collectible toys based on his art, revealing the pictured "Cat & Bird" piece first. Cast in polystone resin and featuring hand-painted blood details on each one, these ultra-limited works will be coming soon — hopefully within the next few months, September being the target!
