WTF??? Brandt Peters × Circus Posterus's "The 13" Dunny design?!?

Both Brandt Peters and Circus Posterus shared the above image through their respective Instagram feeds, granting very little insight into what the design was for. When asked if the pieces would be 3- or 8-inches tall, Peters replied "I'll never tell…" Then when Kidrobot requested information, Peters replied "I can't even tell you! It's top secret!" He then finished off his statement by saying that "it's not what everyone thinks or is it?" What do you think it is? A custom Dunny with newly made accessories seems the most likely answer… or is it?
