"Ocean Bamba" by Rsin

Rsin just sent over some amazing pictures for his custom that he completed for the Multiversal Group Show that starts today, December 3rd and continues on through the 6th down in Florida during Art Basel! This is a 12" Bambaboss that was completely customized by Rsin, and what an amazing job he did!

He says that he had this idea of this Robo that’s been stuck in the ocean for a long time, and the coral and the sea life started to take over. Rsin goes on to say "For some time now I wanted to cover a custom in coral. This just gave me a chance to try it. I enjoy trying new things, some work some don’t. This however I believe worked out great, though a little rushed, didn't think I had time to finish for the show. This is the first of 4 Boss's I will be doing, the other 3 will be shown at a solo show I have in July." As you can tell there were some added sculpted parts, some old metal buttons, and some plastic tubing to make it more "HIS" own. He used flat acrylic paint on the bottom half, and the top is painted with some metallic flake paint with a heavy clear coat to give the figure some depth.
