Claws Out, Welcome Back... JUBI Returns to Tomenosuke After Nine Years!

Nine years is a long time between toy deliveries... but JUBI is heading back to Tomenosuke with a wonderfully odd welcoming committee! Follow @jubiyang for more from the artist. The shop has announced that it will carry the Taiwanese artist’s work again, following the 2017 Gigantic Crab Kaiju Geosesarma exclusive produced with Unbox Industries.

The first announcement highlights Mimi Mau Mouse’s Crazy Brain glow version and Snip Snip Crab Kaiju. The latter arrives as three-creature sets: Set A brings together Brown Crab, Blue Crab, and Vampire Crab. Depending on the crab, the listed measurements run from roughly 2.6" to 3.7" across, with each about 2.3" in the other listed dimension. Tiny crustaceans... plenty of personality!

In a follow-up preview, Tomenosuke adds Set B, featuring Rubble Crab, Snow Crab, and Box Crab, plus the separately sold Crab Claw Kun, whose movable eye bases let collectors change its expression. Also on the horizon is Wen Duck Duck, a duck-and-Stephania erecta plant mash-up planned for November. That plant-meets-creature streak also runs through Mimi Mau Mouse’s mouse-and-nopal-cactus design.

This is an incoming-stock preview. Tomenosuke has asked collectors to await arrival, with pricing, quantities, ordering dates, and shipping details still to follow. Watch the Tomenosuke shop and the linked announcements for the sales update.
