What is Martian Toys's The Next Great Blank Toy Contest?!?

Martian Toys have just announced "The Next Great Blank Toy Contest" but what exactly is it? Citing examples like the Munny, MADL, Bearbrick, and Qee, this seems like it will be a contest to design a DIY figure and perhaps even a "platform" piece, or one that is appropriate to have a variety of artists express themselves on it. Assuming this is right, then all artists out there should start looking at their favorite forms to work on and start thinking about what makes them great shapes as well as how to interpret that into their own design. But what does the winner receive? While unannounced, we're hoping this is a search to find a DIY piece to actually produce!
