Mutant Vinyl Hardcore × REAL×HEAD’s collaboration coming!

I'm not sure how many people remember the old days when Rich Montanari began a blog about REAL×HEAD titled… Mutant Vinyl Hardcore. Yes, MVH is now Montanari’s own, long-standing sofubi toy company, but it must feel great for him to bring things full circle. If you haven't guessed, from the above picture, Montanari has sculpted an original head and arms to fit on a R×H body… and they are currently being molding for production in Japan, to be released as an official collaboration between the two companies! Tentatively titled “Sludge Fighter,” this yōkai creature has an oni-like head with two demonic skulls topping his hands… a strange beast that I do not recall ever hearing about, but I'm eager to learn more!
