UME Toys's "Harrington the Third" for ToyConUK evolves…

As we'd previously announced, Richard "UME Toys" Page's "Harrington the Third" work-in-progress creation for ToyConUK is continuing to evolve. This 6.5-inch tall gentlemanly take on Vaughn Bodé's "Cheech Wizard" now includes — as you can see — spats, a wonderfully full mustache and a dapper headband for his top hat. Simply stunning, as always!
