I'm really digging this beautifully painted Raffy figure from the Color Chemist. There's a very cosmic feel to this "Sparkle Stripe" custom, though with a name like that it comes off as a My Little Pony character that's tripping on acid… which might explain that creepy-but-cute eyes.
