Mike Sutfin × Mondo’s “Devilman” Poster Set & Raffle!

The amazingly talented illustrator and painter Mike Sutfin partnered this year with Mondo to produce screen printed posters of the classic “Devilman” character, as officially licensed from creator Go Nagai's Dynamic Planning. Sutfin unleashes his signed & numbered Artist's Edition (AE) sets, which include not only the regular "main edition," with the logo in English and the beast himself in blue, as well as the "variant edition," featuring the logo in Japanese and the creature in green. Measuring 18×24 inches apiece, these prints have nine glorious colors on each to capture their vibrancy and include the back view of the character printed on the reverse side of the print!
But what's the video at the very top showing off? In addition to getting the poster set, each buyer will also get a single entry to win one of two high-gloss transparent keyline poster production films - originally used by the printer to make the actual prints — which was then hand-painted by Sutfin especially for these giveaways. These one-off pieces were colored with cel-vinyl acrylic, comparable to how the DEVILMAN animated series was created in the early '70s. Winners will be chosen completely at random.
These set will be available on Wednesday, December 16th at 10AM Pacific time in Sutfin's online shop for $90 apiece.
