Jason Limón x Kidrobot - "Atropa" Dunny reveal, release, and signing tour!

I have been waiting to see this for quite some time now as I have always been a fan of Jason Limon’s work, and when I found out that he was getting a Dunny, I was more than excited... and I think you would have to agree that the finished result is pretty rad! Releasing on April 26th, 2012 Jason Limon's "Atropa" Dunny will be limited to just 1,000 pieces worldwide and will carry a retail price tag of $70... which is a pretty stellar price IMHO. As you can see, KR created an all new head and ear sculpt for this release which really does it justice as I could not have seen it any other way. The carved in/out look is right up Jason's alley and I really love how it plays off the fine art background that we are used to seeing from him. My only complaint... it seems to be lacking that "depth" even though they have physically carved into the vinyl... and I feel that if KR did this as a glossy vinyl similar to the Kronk 20" and the new glossy Labbit's it would have done more justice to this already awesome design.

Jason will be celebrating his new Atropa Dunny with a pre-release signing tour at KRNY, KRLA and KRSF on April 24-26. He will be stopping by Kidrobot New York Tuesday, April 24, Kidrobot Los Angeles Wednesday, April 25 and Kidrobot San Francisco Thursday, April 26... and if you are one of the first lucky patrons to attend... you get an exclusive Artopa poster, while supplies last.
