Pulcinella Goes Full Monster... Ceppigatti’s KaijuNella Gets an Unpainted White Vinyl Edition!

From the streets of Naples to the kaiju shelf... now that’s a pretty fantastic crossover! Ceppigatti (@ceppigatti)’s KaijuNella brings the unmistakable character of Pulcinella into the world of soft vinyl monsters, and the latest reveal strips things back to unpainted white vinyl. No elaborate colorway to distract you here... just that wonderfully odd sculpt doing its thing!

The makers describe KaijuNella as a fusion of Japanese kaiju pop culture and Pulcinella, the Neapolitan folk character they trace back to around 1609. That tall hat, hooked face, ruffled collar, and theatrical outfit meet a chunky monster body and clawed feet. It’s familiar and strange at the same time... exactly the sort of combination that makes an indie toy worth a closer look.

The assembled blank gives you a much better look at how the shapes come together than the bagged parts alone. Those heavy folds, oversized hands, and big little monster feet give the figure plenty of personality even without paint. The maker’s assembled-white-figure image and latest release photo give you a closer look at both the character and the bagged vinyl parts.

Ceppigatti credits guitar_boy69 (@guitar_boy69) for the header-card artwork, while Guolun Sofubi Toys (@guolun.sofubi.toys) is tagged in the release and has shared the production collaboration. That illustrated header adds a nice finishing touch to a character that already has one foot in Italian folklore and the other planted firmly in the toy cabinet.

For pricing and ordering details on the white vinyl edition, contact Ceppigatti by Instagram DM. The current announcement doesn’t specify its edition size, shipping schedule, or price, so check directly with the makers before ordering. Earlier painted and glow releases are separate editions... their quantities shouldn’t be confused with this white blank.
