Fresh Ink, Familiar Droids... Wunderland × Random Skull Productions Preview Tattoo Ink Droids!

These are the droids you’re looking for... if your collection could use a little fresh ink! Wunderland and Random Skull Productions are teasing new Tattoo Ink Droids, mixing tattoo-shop attitude with a familiar little astromech silhouette. The carded presentation seals the joke, making these look ready to hang somewhere between the toy wall and the flash sheets.

Shared by Wunderland in its original announcement, the figures are coming soon for FEST at Wunderland Custom Tattooing. An online release is also planned through Specimen, with the announcement pointing to a launch in the following few weeks.

I’m into the way this collaboration turns an everyday tattoo-shop object into something with its own little sci-fi personality. The exact online release date, pricing and edition details are still to come, so keep an eye on the creators’ pages for the next update.
