Andrew Bell Brings Sparkly Poop Pals & Spellcasting Mishaps to CollectedCon Brooklyn!

Andrew Bell is rolling into CollectedCon Brooklyn with sparkling sofubi, a spellcasting experiment gone sideways, and a few wonderfully weird return appearances! The Dead Zebra artist will be at B11 on October 17, 2026, at Industry City, 220 36th St, Brooklyn, NY. His latest newsletter previews a small lineup that ranges from $65 figure sets to an elaborate custom edition limited to just four sets... yep, this is one table worth finding early.First up, Prismatic Poop Pals gives Dungby & Pooba a seriously sparkly makeover. This special sofubi edition pairs clear figures with iridescent material inside, letting the light do all kinds of fun things through those little troublemakers. The set is $65 USD. Bell also plans to bring some to DesignerCon in November, so Brooklyn isn't the only chance he has announced for these shiny pals.

Then there is SPELLS Testing Dept., which Bell calls his most involved custom Testing Dept. edition yet. This unfortunate aspiring witch arrives with a spell book, glowing cauldron, tongue, unusual hands, spellcasting stick, and witch hat. Only four sets were made, priced at $400 USD each. The bulging eyes, green body, and absurdly long pink tongue make this little magical mishap pretty hard to ignore!

The close-up is where the gag really lands... that open book includes an incantation for turning into a toad, plus a reversal potion for accidental self-transformation. Apparently, reading the directions carefully is still a good idea in the wizard business. The tiny book detail gives this edition a whole second joke once you lean in for a closer look.

Metallic Sheen Dungby keeps things a little darker, pairing a black, custom hand-painted Dungby with a metallic green shell and highlights and a classic brown Pooba pal. Bell has made three so far, with these pairings priced at $65 USD each. That glossy beetle sitting on its grinning brown buddy is a pretty sweet mix of fancy finish and bathroom humor.

Bell also finished two Black Widow and one Blood Moon edition Shirime the Butt Eye Yokai resin sculptures, priced at $150 USD each. He is keeping those photos out of this newsletter, but the pieces are part of his announced show lineup. A selection of Last Knight figures from the vault will be on hand as well, giving longtime collectors another reason to swing by.

Bell says he plans to be at B11 from 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.; the organizer lists CollectedCon's overall event hours as 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., local Brooklyn time. Check the official event site for current admission details before heading over. These are the artist's announced quantities, so availability at the table will depend on what remains when you arrive. Find Andrew, say hello, and keep an eye on that spell book!
