Jason Freeny & Mighty Jaxx's Harley Quinn & Deadshot "XXRay" Chases?!?

When we pointed out yesterday that the upcoming "XXRay, Series 4" from Mighty Jaxx apparently contained two chase variants — Harley Quinn with bomb & Deadshot with rifle — it caused a bit of stir. People wanted to know what theses were for sure! While we still don't have a solid answer on their release, we do know that Collect & Display are using the included pictures in the promotion of the production figures for preorder on their site. This means it is highly unlikely these are production tests only as some have theorized or convention exclusives as others have mentioned, as neither of these would be used on a retailer's site to promote the release. Also, due to the transparent packaging of the "XXRay" releases, randomly inserted chase figures don't seem likely as they could be spotted on store shelves in seconds. And removable and interchangable arms seems impossible given that one of Deadshot's dissected limbs would have a very noticable and impossible to cover up attachment line. So what possibility remains for these 4-inch tall PVC figures designed by illustrator Ben Qwek, sculpted by Adam Tan, and dissected by Jason Freeny? We're betting that they are "chase" figures but done in a 50/50 ratio to the normal, making them no more or less rare. We can't wait to find out Saturday, August 20th, 2016 at 6am Pacific time when these are made available for pre-order from xxray.com.
