Mikie Graham's custom YHWH for Toy Art Gallery show!

"The Pillar of Forgotten Gods," Mikie Graham's custom version of Mark Ryden's YHWH statue, transformed the already beautiful piece into a multi-faceted totem of wondrous details. Created for the previously announced and upcoming group show at Toy Art Gallery, the only major changes that Graham made were "the middle eye (which I moved to the back) and the ears which are now the top God's wings," everything else being a "light layer of Magic Sculpt to create the textures and features of the individual Gods." The overall result is amazing and I love that Graham thought about the many sides of this piece, building it on a lazy susan to aide in viewing!



Mark Ryden's YHWH custom group show opens on Saturday, May 11th with a reception from 7-10PM local time and will be on display until May 26th, 2013 at Toy Art Gallery, 7571 Melrose Ave., Hollywood, CA 90046.
