Squink's "Swampy" Custom Wood Jibibut is simply amazing…

To the best of my knowledge, Squink's "Swampy" is the first custom Jibibut to use sculpted on elements; yes, using the Jibibut's wooden body as the base, Squink has carefully sculpted additional elements onto this figure in polymer clay. If you look at the detail of the body (lower right picture) then you'll notice that intricate texturing, which was created by making impressions in the clay with actual bark. This completely unique and one-of-a-kind piece is signed and dated on the base of the figure. "Swampy" goes on sale today (August 8th, 2012) at 12 Noon PST in Squink's online shop for £60 (approx. $95).
