TOYCON PH at the DTI Malikhaing Pinoy Creative Expo 2025!

TOYCON PH is proud to have partnered with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) for the Malikhaing Pinoy Creative Expo, a landmark celebration of Filipino creativity and innovation. Held at SMX Aura Premier from September 3–7, 2025, the expo put the spotlight on Filipino talent and the vision of positioning the Philippines as Asia’s Premier Creative Hub by 2030.

This year’s event marked an important milestone for the local toy community, as toy design was officially recognized as one of the country’s Creative Industries. Visitors were treated to exhibits, workshops, and showcases highlighting the imagination and craftsmanship of some of the Philippines’ top toy designers, including: JeAA, Creon Chkn, Reen Barrera, and Quiccs Maiquez.

TOYCON PH extends their heartfelt thanks to the Department of Trade and Industry for supporting their advocacy to elevate the artistry of local toy designers. Special thanks to their guest toy designers John Eugene Avila, Creon Chkn, Reen Barrera, and Quiccs Maiquez for sharing their passion and creativity, as well as to Legendary Beast Studios and MAC Glass Cabinet for their support. Most importantly, thank you to everyone who joined them and celebrated this exciting moment for Philippine toy design.

The Malikhaing Pinoy Expo 2025 showcased not only the immense talent of Filipino creators but also the potential of the Philippines to lead the way in global creative industries.
