WHAT'S NEW

Crazylabel says goodbye!

When I woke up this morning, I checked my email (Like I do daily)... but today, it was a sad day. Come to find out, Andy Woo - the man and driving force behind Crazylabel, announced that he is closing up shop... Crazylabel will be no more.

"Today marks the 9th anniversary of Crazylabel and we are officially closed for business. I started Crazylabel in 2005 with a simple idea - it is intended to be a platform where designers can express their craziest ideas. I’m very lucky to be able to work with some of the most talented people for some crazy ideas, and over the years many fans became my friends too.

I’d like to thank everyone that has supported us by buying our toys, and of course all the creative people that we have worked together. Crazylabel is not just a brand, it is all about the community.

In Chinese 9 is a lucky number, and is a homophone of the word for “long lasting”. I’m not leaving the toy world, and I’m here to stay. For many of you, I believe we will cross path soon. Here’s to the next Crazy project.

Our web site (www.crazylabel.com), online store (shop.crazylabel.com), Facebook page (facebook.com/crazylabel) and Twitter account (@crazylabel) will be closed soon. Please follow my personal Twitter account (@_wooandy) if you want to connect."

Best Regards,
Andy

A sad day indeed... but what needs to be noted is all the amazing products that Andy and his company leave behind on our shelves in our collections. All the figures produced through the, were always so lighthearted and fun... and if we could sum the company up in one word, it would be "Cute"! Thanks for all the amazing pieces, Andy, and we look forward to seeing what you bring to us all in the near future with you latest venture.
