Jan Calleja's "Space Buds" custom Qees for Toy Art Gallery show!

For the previously announced anniversary show at Toy Art Gallery, Jan Callega customized two Qees into massive space shuttle resemblances. These "Space Buds" are decorated as a U.S. and a Russian craft, entitled "DiscovQee" and "Blizzard Mon" respectively, and they both look stellar. I can't even fathom the amount of work it would take to fabricate such precise and perfect elements to transform these figures into the resulting customs. Simply fantastic.

The TAG Anniversary opens on September 15th with a reception from 7-10PM and runs through October 8th, 2012 at the Toy Art Gallery, 7571 Melrose Ave. (corner of Melrose & Curson), Los Angeles, CA, 90046.
