Scott Wilkowski tackles Voltron, Star Wars & The Misfits for (In)Action Figures 3?!?

Scott Wilkowski continues to impress, his teasers for pieces at tomorrow night's previously announced "(In)Action Figures 3" exhibition at The Clutter Gallery being pictured. While not shown completed, the above piece certainly appears to be a skeletal take on the classic Voltron super robot and I love that each piece is being sculpted separately, keeping true to the original five figure formation. Below left is his "Infections of the Force" pieces, which are derived from Star Wars parody Sucklord's designs: Galactic Jerkbag, Gay Empire Trooper, and Sucklord X, as well as Big Boss figure for a robot companion! And then, finally, Wilkowski delivers a tiny sized robot companion, which has the infamous Crimson Ghost skull — famed logo of the band The Misfits — in its chest. A wonderful array of pieces that will surely be sought after, those who want these should join the Clutter Gallery Preview List to get the early option to buy, buy, buy!

"(In)Action Figures 3," a group exhibition elevating action figure art, will open on February 14th with a reception from 6-9PM local time and be on display until March 6th, 2015 at The Clutter Gallery, 163 Main St., Beacon, NY 12508.
