It’s hard to believe that Professor Fliggins is on the 9th of 12 Discoveries! This time: VAMPIRE PANTS?!?! Just who is this strange Halloween-appropriate Vampire Pants, and what horror will he wrought upon Fliggins and the gang? Where is Pantsylvania anyhow? And why would a pair of pants even be a vampire?
