David Pugliese “Milbatallas” the pirate resin sculpture... now available through Tenacious Toys!

We posted about these “Milbatallas” figures back in June of 2015, and seeing as they were only available in Argentina at that moment, it was tough for people to snag them up, but illustrator David Pugliese along with Entusiasta Gallery teamed up with Tenacious Toys to bring this dreaded pirate to the states... and now, there are just 4 available HERE right now! Sculpted by Pablo S. Sapia, he was able to portray the figure with a strong, caricature-esque personality, and it's so fitting seeing as the name means "thousandbattles" in Spanish, “Mitbatallas” depicts a pirate with an old cartoon trope — the inverted body parts — made all the more awkward by those limbs being pegleg arms and prosthetic hook legs.
