J★RYU's "Halcyon Daze" custom Skelve for Stranger Factory's "Conjuring Mischief" exhibition!

Simply stunning artist J★RYU has radically re-envisioned the Skelve platform for the previously announced "Conjuring Mischief" exhibition at Stranger Factory. Titled "Halcyon Daze," this fantastic figure was created using epoxy, polymer clay, found objects, and painted with acrylics, all to create a polished piece that screams straight outta Wonderland! A wee bit of the Cheshire Cat, some of the Hookah-Smoking Caterpillar, and just a dash of Alice herself for good measure!

"Conjuring Mischief," a group show of Skelve customs, will open on Friday, May 2nd with a reception from 6-9PM local time and be available for viewing through June 1st, 2014 at Stranger Factory, 109 Carlisle Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87106.
