Susan Lee & Nakanari's paintings for {{馭風行}} Year of the Horse Group Show in Taiwan!

Celebrating the year of the horse, two members of the Mai Hiro collective — Susan Lee, the artist behind the delightfully whimsical Mr. Smiling character, and Nakanari, co-founder of the group — have created the above paintings for an exhibition at Taiwan's Wrong Gallery. Lee's work, pictured on the left, is a realistic take on an equine while Nakanari, above right, delivers a cartoonish tribute the Taiwanese comic book character "諸葛四郎!"

"{{馭風行}} Year of the Horse Group Show" will open on January 25th, 2014 at the Wrong Gallery, 台北市忠孝東路2段68號, Taipei, Taiwan 10050.
Participating artists include: Ania Tomicka, Bounce William, Danni Shinya Luo, Desiree Fessler, Edward Cao, Juan Muniz, Martin Hsu, Miso Karen Hsiao, Mimi Yoon, Max Neutra, Nakanari Shiau, Robbie Erwin, Simona Candini, and Stephen Holman.
