Toy Toyko's store is like a trip into someone's amazing collection that encompasses a vast variety; the difference being that this collection happens to be for sale! And it's wonderful to see that Toy Toyko were able to bring a strong sampling of their wares to their SDCC booth, especially the wonderful selection of
Healeymade merch.

The ultra-adorable
OHiYa booth at SDCC was almost too much to behold… We fear that if we show you more than just a couple of pictures that the saccharine sweetness would put you into a cuteness induced coma. Trust me, you needed to be a skilled gawker of the delightful in order to take it all in.

While the
Squid Kids Ink booth at SDCC was filled with fun things to look at and buy, surely the most anticipated was the 10-Doh! blind boxed series. But what's with that "Giant 10-Doh!" in the above picture? It says "Not For Sale" on it, but could this be a future release by the company? Or maybe just a booth mascot they had made?

Known for creating creepy creatures in a variety of mediums,
Neil Winn's SDCC Booth was a lot of fun to look at as monstrous beings stared at you with their bulging eyes from every corner. And it looks like our own John "Spanky" Stokes couldn't resist getting this monster maestro to draw a Stroll for him!

Nathan Hamill's signing at the
3D Retro Booth at SDCC began, you almost expected hordes of bunny figures to descend from on high, but they didn't. In fact, a lot of attention was stolen by the appearance of Strife & Sire (pictured above in two colorways) and Kammu.

Not only was John "Spanky" Stokes on-hand to get photos of the "Mao Bust" from
Frank Kozik at
DKE Toys' SDCC Booth, but he was able to get a bit of information about the future of the design from the artist himself… Crafted by Veracious Vinyl here in the U.S., the "Mao Bust" stands roughly 15-inches tall and although — this clear red edition — did not get released at the con do to not having enough made, Frank mentioned that this new vinyl 'figure' will have a purple edition available in late August from
Kozik's website, limited to 25-30 copies, with more colorways to come in the future!
