Brian Flynn's "Bruce Lee" t-shirt is a wonderfully minimalist tribute!

Brian Flynn, the mastermind behind the brilliance that is Super7, has designed the above t-shirt as a loving tribute to Bruce Lee. Fans of Lee will recognize the infamous icons: the mask he wore to portray Kato in the Green Hornet TV series, the sunglasses that Lee was photographed in so many times, and — of course — the four cut marks made legend in Enter the Dragon. Even the color of the shirt harkens back to the tracksuit Lee wore in The Game of Death. Fans of Lee and minimalist art will need to add this to their collections, though it does cost a healthy $32 from WearsMyShirt… which means that there is a charity aspect in this purchase, which is always a good thing.

Josh "fplus" Pearce's The Corrupter figure set available now!

You may recall when Josh Pearce, better known as fplus or f+, held a Kickstarter campaign to finance the creation of his "The Corrupter" with "Fungal Fiend" sets. These resin cast, hand-painted figures look stunning and certainly play up to fplus's strength & interest in the fantastical field. He created 40 sets total and has placed the copies that didn't go to Kickstarter backers up in his web store for the preorder price of $125 per signed & numbered duo.

JFury's custom "Mad JuJu" MAD*L for Toy Invaderz show!

JFury continues his recent trend of customizing figures into tribal clowns, which I think remains a solid bit of diversification for him. This 10-inch-tall MAD*L, entitled "Mad JuJu," is for the upcoming Toy Invaderz group art show and the end result looks great… While using flat plains of color can work against you, in this instance it makes the multi-color eyes pop all the more as well as the natural variations created by having 3D sculpted elements. And the repurposing of those "Calavera Azteca Dunny" feathers was just right!

The "Toy Invaderz" Group Art Show opens on June 30th with a reception from 6PM to 11PM and runs through July 30th at RGB Lounge, 1420 N. Milwaukee Ave., Chicago, IL 60622.

Participating artists include: Jim Magee, Lynell Ingram, Task One, JC Rivera, Steven Patt, Shane Haddy, Alison Perez/Zukie, Czr Prz, Audrey Smith, James Fuller, Valerie Gudell, Nerviswrek, Frank Mysterio, Dave Webb, DMS, OsirisOrion, Shawn Wigs, Mike Mendez/NemO, Chris Moore, Adam Pratt/Halfbad, Anjali Bahl, Rezorek, BJ Storms, Frank Diaz, Ciermuco Toys, Erica Holuboff, JFury, Giannina Gutierrez, Jeff Beck, Travis Lykins, Audrey Smith, Matt Dcay Melville, and Emmanuel L White Eagle.

Lunabee announces a new custom Dunny series coming soon!

The adorable art of Lunabee is being emblazoned upon Dunnys as she prepares for releasing a new custom Dunny series. Teased with the above photo, we can see that the UK-based artist has sculpted bug antennae onto the vinyl pieces before painting them as über-sweet little ladies. While nothing official has been announced, based on the level of completeness of these pieces we're anticipating a drop in the next week!
