RX's "Mr Death Inside #2" custom Munny with flip-top head!

RX, creator of the "Me and Mr Death" web comic, has revisited a custom 4" Munny design that he played with not that long ago… entitled "Mr Death Inside #2," this piece accurately reinterprets the Munny form into the "Me" from RX's webcomic. The sculpt looks strong, though the colors are a bit flat for my taste… but, since it is based off a web comic character, we can assume this is the desired effect. But wait, what's this…
A freakin' flip-top head with a wee tiny Mr Death at the controls!?! Maybe I'm a sucker for customs that open up like this, but I'm completely sold now. That's a ton of work and it came out brilliantly! Alas, this piece has not shown up in RX's web store yet… or maybe it already sold…

Natasha Zimich of Camilla d'Errico Studios's custom "Vancouverphant" Trunks figure!

There's no denying that Natasha "Tasha" Zimich — from Camilla d'Errico's d'Errico Studios Ltd. — did a great job expressively painting this 3.5" Trunks vinyl platform. Her creation, the "Vancouverphant," has the urban Vancouver cityscape on it's lower half, including the famous Harbor Center Revolving Restaurant and Scotiabank Tower. While incorporating the striking presence of Vancouver into an elephant design might seem like a strange decision, it surely is a nod to Urban Elephant, the Canadian-based company that produces the Trunks platform. Regardless of intent, it's a disturbingly cute piece to be sure…

*Spolier Alert* Kronk's 2nd color variant for Kidrobot's Dunny 2012 series... revealed!!!!

It appears that the upcoming Dunny Series has a whole slew of variants and colorways and up until now we have all just assumed that the design from South African artist Kronk was a chase with one color version... but according to the photo we found HERE browsing the net, it appears that there are two versions... the known "red", and now the "purple" variant! The figure itself looks really clean, and appears to be very sought after... that being said, maybe it won't be as rare as some are making it out to be, and maybe, just maybe, this will be easy to find! All will be revealed TODAY once the figures go up for sale... will you be buying a case?

The above picture is from Sucklord's Instagram, which ran with the slogan "BecauseICan" by it. Those most certainly appear to be the heads from the officially released 3" Dunny, which we revealed HERE, that the main villain himself seems to have painted and splattered upon. So how much for a custom version of a case exclusive Dunny by The Sucklord? No clue, but I bet it won't be cheap…

Tobacco Pete 5" Mini Qee by Pocket Wookie

It's so cool to see custom artists get production pieces, and one company that has been really great about doing this is Toy2R and just announced is a rad designed Mini Qee by artist and customizer Pocket Wookie with a seriously great design "Tobacco Pete "! As the story goes "In 1867, the Marquess of Queensberry rules of boxing were drafted by John Chambers, forever changing the sport. One fighter who refused to change with those rules was a south paw fighter known as Tobacco Pete. A scruffy and rough man, whose eventual claim to fame would come from his challenge to fight any man, any beast, any time! Truly a man to reckon with considering he was hailed as the King of the Ring!" This really fun, nostalgic design showcases Pocket Wookie's superior illustrative skills... and the best part about this figure is the mass amounts of detail on such a small figure! Get ready to cheer for a champion when this Mini Qee punches his way out in August with a retail price of just $28 a piece... there is no reason you can't go toe-to-toe with him!
