Only available for the month of May, the Astro Zombie figure allows you to choose: the transparent body color, the brain color, the brain detail color, the gum/lips color, the teeth color, the eye color and the eye style (cat, goat, or standard). This is an amazing opportunity to be a part of the creative process and, as someone that own various Motorbot pieces, it'll surely impress. Chauskoskis's custom 8" Dunny Samurai for "Most Wanted" show at 1AM Gallery!

We posted pictures of Walter "Chauskoskis" Jacott work-in-progress 8" Dunny custom for the upcoming "Most Wanted: Behind The Hype" gallery show HERE and this seems like a nice follow-up: the finished piece.

Jacott's amazing sculpting work really shines on the multiple folds and the paint detail on the fabric (which appears to be a stylized version of his sheep logo) looks fantastic. I love the removable sword accessory and the mask/helmet could easily be mistaken as a production piece. The largeness of the lips does still bother me a bit, but the gauntness of his features does make them flow properly. Another stunning piece from the man known as Chauskoskis.

"Most Wanted: Behind The Hype" (more information HERE) opens on May 11th (6:30-9:30PM) and runs through June 10th at the 1AM Gallery, 1000 Howard St., San Francisco, CA 94103. Artmymind dropping new custom Munnys today!

Pictured above is Artmymind's "Yaminoken," a new 7" custom Munnys being released in their web shop at 9PM GMT (that's 2PM PST). While "Yaminoken" will be limited to only 3 copies, the customizing duo will also be unleashing an open edition 4" custom (available for 48 hours only). Alas, not a whole lot more is known, aside from the teaser image above… I can spot red skin, a furrowed brow, strong jawline, stray snaggletooth, and horns, so I'm guessing this a demon or devil character custom. We'll just have to visit their webshop in a couple of hours to find out more…

Bubi Au Yeung's pieces for Supahcute's show at Leanna Lin's Wonderland!

The notoriously adorable Bubi Au Yeung made four illustrations for the Supahcute Dream Team group show, all of which can be seen above (even if only two are crystal clear). As always with Bubi, smooth lines that form images of cuteness incarnate.

"Art Too Cute For Words," curated by Supahcute, opens on May 12th and runs through June 24th at Leanna Lin's Wonderland, 5024 Eagle Rock Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90041.

Lunabee x Pepe Hiller wooden toy collaboration teaser!

Lunabee and Pepe Hiller have teamed up to unleash what appears to be a wooden bee upon the world. This collaboration is nothing short of amazing in my book… Lunabee always brings a great sense & style to pieces and Hiller can make wood dance & sing for him. Pictured above are either two finalized colorways for the project or two prototypes… time will tell which.
