This particular version features antiqued Silver with Blood Red fills and is relief cast in real metal, polished and partly enamel filled to give a classic vintage look. Just like the rest of them, this 1" badge is limited to only 100 pieces, and each badge is engraved on the rear with it's number. Head on over HERE now to snag one up!

The Headless Apeman (and Woman) along with some beheaded victims from Monstrehero

The boys over at Monstrehero have just posted up a very revealing image of some new figures that they are going to release... in fact, tomorrow Saturday April 7th 2012 at 9am PST you can find all of these these fine headless lady and gent apes long with some beheaded victims in their online store HERE... and what a great looking release!!! I really dig the fact that the bodies are a solid color with the clear head sitting atop a pile of colored ooze... such great contrast! Like most all of these releases, they are very limited, and very sought after, so set that alarm clock for tomorrow morning.

Erick Scarecrow & ESC-Toy's Turtum Micci Series 3 announced!

It looks like the wait might be over… Erick Scarecrow posted the above image on his Twitter feed with the tagline: "Series 3 ;)" — indicating, to us, that the third wave of the Turtum Micci platform was in the works. Then Scarecrow posted on his website:
And neither of those Turtum Micci figures look like previously release ones that I'm aware of. We'll keep our ears to the ESC-Toys wire, but it certainly looks like Wave 3 shall be upon us shortly!

Kevin Gosselin's "Amun-ny Ra" custom Munnys are sure to satisfy even a Pharaoh!

Kevin Gosselin has teased about the forthcoming release of his amazing looking "Amun-ny Ra" custom Munny figures, which appear to be a series of ten fantastically detailed sculpts. Everything from their unique head elements down to the hand-made platforms they sit upon looks stunning. Perhaps I'm biased, as I do have an affinity for Egyptian themed designs as well as faux statues, but I'd be shocked if these aren't an ultra-high demand item on many a fan's wishlist. We understand these will be released into Gosselin's web shop next week, but no price point is known at this time.

2bitHack's custom "Gas Planet Dunny Mech Suit"!

About a month back, we revealed work-in-progress pics of 2bitHack's custom Foomi and the piece is now complete. Apparently called the "Gas Planet Dunny Mech Suit," it appears our original assumptions that it would be a robotic encasement around a Dunny driver were correct. I love the final piece, especially how the Dunny ears nestle into the Foomi nubs. Great job, 2bitHack! By the way, if you didn't know, we're actually running a rather cool 2bitHack Free Goodie Friday right now! Check it out HERE.

BASK x 1xRUN's Because Art Should Kill print & sticker pack!

It wasn't that long ago that we reported on BASK's forthcoming "Because Art Should Kill" stickers, but we incorrectly mention that they'd be given away alongside his "Camping With Mole-Man" print. These will be sold separately by 1xRUN, but our source wasn't 100% wrong: they will ship with a print. This stunning combo pack with include a 10"x7.75" hand-stenciled "Because Art Should Kill" print on 100lbs. Archival French paper, a 3.5"x9.5" hand-stenciled "BASK" sticker, and four (4) 5"x8.5" hand-stenciled "Because Art Should Kill" stickers! Damn! And all that for the measly price of $40!?! Limited to only 50 packs made, this set will go on sale Monday, April 9th at 12 Noon EST HERE.

Most Wanted Reveals: Ryan the Wheelbarrow, Frank Mysterio & RunDMB!

Not one… not two… but three full reveal of custom dunnys in the Most Wanted Series 3 set; can we get any luckier? Pictured above is Ryan the Wheelbarrow's contribution, which is an evolution of his "normal" style. Known for layering typographic elements on-top of vinyl, these pieces add a weathering element to the mix which renders the various stratum unreadable. There appear to only be six of these in the series, which leads to many disappointed Wheelbarrow fans out there.

But one of the rarest piece in the series will be Frank Mysterio's "Zombie Mariachis" (above): there are only three of the normal custom and one variant with a sculpted face (in the center, slightly back, in the pic on the right). I love the detailed paint job on these, which comes across as picture perfect. And the sculpted one? Woo wee… that is one amazingly detailed, fine tuned face.

Though RunDMB's contribution has to have a place in every Most Wanted fans heart. He's crafted a tough, notorious street gang known as "The Most Wanted Crew," who have a 'spiritual leader' — an 'urban warrior' — called 'Mhan Nee' (a jest on the series organizer Manny Rivas's given name). And is it just me or do most of them have one bad accessory except the fellow who has two? Possibly that's the "Mhan Nee" variant… We're told RunDMB's figure won't be as rare as Ryan the Wheelbarrow's, but no exact number was given.

Phantom City Creative x Mondo's poster prints for The Exorcist & Cabin In The Woods dropping today!

Mondo, the high quality collectable art boutique offshoot of the Alamo Drafthouse cinemas, is at it again! And they've enlisted the design skill of Phantom City Creative to bring their horrific vision to life: 24" x 36" screen printed posters for "The Exorcist." Available in two editions — regular (above left) and the variant (above right) — this wonderful imagery harkens back to the iconic opening scenes of the film, when an unsuspecting archaeological dig unleashes Pazuzu into the world. While both editions are hand-numbered, the regular is limited to 245 copies for $45 each and the variant is limited to 75 copies at $65 each.
But Phantom City Creative didn't end there, they also designed…
Premiering last night at a special advance screening of the film, "The Cabin in the Woods" screen printed posted (above) is an M.C. Escher inspired thing of beauty. The movie itself is being touted as a "twist gore-fest," brought to by director Drew Goddard (Cloverfield) and co-writer Joss Whedon (Buffy the Vampire Slayer), and opens nationwide on April 13th… but the poster will be going for sale today! "The Cabin in the Woods" poster print is 24" x 36", retails for $45 and is limited to 350 copies.
Both prints are available now in Mondo's online store. (***UPDATE*** These prints are completely sold out already.)

Task One presents his "Cheddar Days Ahead" customization of the Playsam Streamliner Classic for the upcoming "PLAYSAM 500" group show, which will be hosted at Super7 and all proceeds from sales will go towards the World Childhood Foundation. I love Task One's little sculpted mouse, briskly sitting behind the wheel, his scarf blowing in the wind. And are those working headlights and taillights? They sure seem to be! Ian Ziobrowski sculpts Trey Anastasio of Phish as a custom munny!

Obviously, when you give Ian Ziobrowski a 7" vinyl Munny & a fistful of Sculpey, then brilliance is what you get returned. Above is a commissioned custom Ziobrowski did, radically altering the base Munny into the likeness of Trey Anastasio (guitarist for Phish). What an absolutely phenomenal sculpting job matched only by the flawless painted detailing. This piece fits in perfectly with Ziobrowski's "NuggLife" series… but it can absolutely stand on it's own as well.

Order Nathan Jurevicius x Vannen Watches's watch… maybe get a Peleda wind-up owl!

You might recall our announcement about the Nathan Jurevicius designed "Haven" watch released by Vannen and how one lucky person would get a 'Golden Ticket' (er, sketch) to receive a custom Akis statue? Well, here's some added incentive in your life… Not only when your ordered watch shows up might it have the 'Golden Ticket,' but inside the shipping box itself you might find a wind-up Peleda owl by Jurevicius!
According to Vannen, they "have a few so your odds of finding one are pretty good" — which is amazing. The wind-up birdie was released by Toy Tokyo a couple of years back and is still available from them if you don't want to risk not getting one of these cool toys.
