Happy April Fool's Day Everyone... And thanks for your support!

We decided to have some fun and post nothing but fake news reports for April Fool's Day. Hopefully you all enjoyed this deviation from the norm and, sincerely, everyone here at the SpankyStokes blogging empire would like to thank you for your continued support. Without you, our wonderful readers, this site wouldn't mean anything. So, thank you. On a personal note, I'd like to thank everyone that has backed and/or promoted my Kickstarter campaign. The quick turnout was overwhelming and it is so deeply appreciated. So, once again, thank you. And tomorrow, of course, we'll be back to business as usual… bringing you real news stories on all the things you care about.

Kidrobot's next Dunny is designed by… Banksy!?!

Kidrobot appears to making serious waves with their 'special edition' Dunny releases… First there was the Chauskaskis designed "Birro the Clown," then the recently announced "Arlequine" by Koralie, and now an as-yet-untitled one by UK street artist Banksy!

Yesterday, a literal chimpanzee dressed as postal worker showed up on my front door, handing me a strange envelope before departing. Inside the envelope was a cassette tape which, when I found an old school tape deck to play it upon, contained a digitally manipulated voice claiming to be Banksy. I was further informed that the artist had been secretly working with Kidrobot to produce a Dunny the likes of which we'd never seen before: made at a height of 4" rather than the normal 3", with the tall rabbit ears shifted to the sides of the head & reformed as perfect half-circles, and the head itself not quite as round, made more akin to a real face. But, best of all, it would be stark white, a statement in and upon itself. Dying for a picture? So were we! And, thankfully, Banksy provided a teaser into the package (as seen above)... Wow, simply wow. Groundbreaking, one might even say. Like nothing we've ever seen before. This will be a Dunny for the ages!

Super7's new line of action figures revealed! Teaser #4 makes sense!

You might recall at the beginning of this year when Super7 unveiled several wonderful teaser images, like the one above; and this one — #4 — was possibly the most controversial, sending fans into a tizzy trying to decipher the possible meaning(s). Now, thanks to the brave sacrifice of fourteen SpankyStokes corporate spies who were caught and summarily executed, we've had further information granted to us...
YES! It is, in fact, Super7's wonderful Super Shogun Stormtrooper scaled down to a 3.75" action figure and put in blister packaging! And we're told it will still retain the ability to 'fire' the one hand as well as have working roller skates on the feet. Needless to say, sign us up…

Huck Gee declares war on Trampt!

Not that long ago, Trampt co-owner Keegan put forth a battle cry, requesting fans to "Follow" his Trampt profile so that it could surpass Huck Gee's profile in numbers. And now, it has done just that; at the time of this writing, Keegan has 107 Followers versus Gee's paltry 98. We're told by a reliable insider — a man that once held hands with Gee's 2nd cousin twice removed back in grade school — that Gee is furious over this… to the point that he's declared war on the site.
He's rallying his vast legion of fans together to descend, as one, upon Trampt and overwhelm Keegan by Following Gee. But we're told from the same source that this request isn't being made without a reward potential: When Gee hits one million Followers on the website, he'll pick one at random to give a free custom to! Amazing! So go forth, my little Gee heads, open a Trampt account and start Following the King!

Andrew Bell's "Mini Giant Zlik" set for release?!?

Everyone seems to be getting in on the mini action these days… Brandt Peters & Kathie Olivas's Mini Skelve, Ashley Wood's Mini Berties, MAD's Mini MAD*L, and — now — Andrew Bell's Mini Giant Zlik. Our source, Bell's trusted dog walker, was quoted on the matter thusly:

Mister Bell, he ask me: "You walk dog now" and I say "Yes." Then Mister Bell lean in close — very close, too close — and whisper: "My 'Mini Giant Zliks' are coming."
Wow… powerful, moving stuff. But why is this 3" incarnation of Bell's platform being called the "Mini Giant Zlik"? Well, as you can see above, this version shares it's form with the 19" Giant Zlik as opposed to having the base of the normal 6" Zlik. There is no official release date or price point yet, but we highly doubt such things will be made known until after this release has already dropped and sold out!
