Teodoru Badiu's completed custom Wippos for Circus Posterus's "Le Carnaval des Spectres"!

We recently noted that Teodoru Badiu was hand-painting some resin Wippo figures for the previously announced Circus Posterus exhibition "Le Carnaval des Spectres." Pictured above are the five completed pieces, which left to right are (with translations of the French names): "Esprit Bleu" ("Blue Spirit"), "Ame Noir" ("Black Soul"), "Fantome Vert" ("Green Phantom"), "Rugueux Rouge" ("Rough Red") and a second "Esprit Bleu." These simply stunning designs have me salivating for the mass release of the Wippos.

"Le Carnaval des Spectres" will open on September 13th, 2012 and run through October 20th at Artoyz Shop + Galerie, 45 Rue de L’arbre Sec, 75001 Paris, France.
Participating artists are: Brandt Peters, Kathie Olivas, Travis Louie, Chris Ryniak, Amanda Louise Spayd, and Teodoru Badiu.
