Jon Burgerman and
Stuart Witter collaborated on this desktop sculpture dubbed the '
Worryknott', and according to Stuart, it represents the anxiety of artistic collaboration. He goes onto explain "
A collaboration some times feels like a car with two steering wheels... As we worked together Jon and I reworked the sculpture over and over until we had created the perfect piece". So now... 5 years later, separated by 3465 miles, the two of them bring you... 'Worryknott DIY' - Wholemeal edition. Up for grabs today
HERE at
12:00 Noon PST for $70 will be 10 plain resin casts from the original manufacturing run in 2007. This cast was created under vacuum with no release agent and has a surface perfect for painting... and I just love how all those "beings" are just lumped together! It measures
3.5" tall and 5" across at the widest point, and is a true collectible for any and all Burgerman fans! Oh, and if you feel like throwing down some paint... check out that piece to the left that Stuart painted up... RAD! Hop on this folks, they won't last long!
